What methods of payment does Bhoma accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and we accept PayPal payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept direct bank transfer.

 

Do your prices include taxes?

All prices are VAT included. However, customs duty payments are not covered. When you order, you will be responsible for paying import duties.

 

Will my Bhoma purchase arrived gift wrapped?

Yes, it will arrive in our exclusive pouch and gift-box.  

 

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Currently this not possible, we apologise for this inconvenience.

 

How can I check an order I placed with Bhoma?

Does Bhoma offer warranty on the jewelry?

We offer a one year guarantee on all items. 

The guarantee covers the following:

  • Broken string or elastic
  • Cracked beads
  • Damaged clasps or lock plates

Please note that the guarantee does not include tarnishing on sterling silver, you can remedy this by following our jewelry care instructions here. Please note that the guarantee does not include beads or leather discoloration or natural wear and tear.
